I found the historical element of the book to be quite accurate and the portrayal of life in the 17th century was so realistic/5(). In , Irena's Children, a book about Sendler written by Tilar J. Mazzeo, was released by Simon & Schuster. A version adapted to be read by children was created by Mary Cronk Farell.
